Brenda Casey, M.D. OBGYN

Dr. Brenda Casey will be joining Madison Women’s Health in January, 2013. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan after earning her Doctorate in Medicine from The Chicago Medical School. Dr. Casey has practiced for over 10 years, most recently in Maryland at Johns Hopkins Medical Center/Howard County. Dr. Casey is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Casey grew up in Michigan and attended Kalamazoo College for her undergraduate studies. She decided to relocate back to the Midwest to be closer to family, many of whom live in the Madison and Wisconsin area. Having worked in both small and large practices, she likes the “just right” size of Madison Women’s Health.

Dr. Casey is committed to the highest quality of care and to treating each woman as an individual with unique health needs. Her Clinical interests include:

• High and low risk obstetrics
• Minimally invasive laparoscopy and hysteroscopy
• Health maintenance (Well Women visits)
• Adolescent gynecology and anticipatory guidance for the adolescent
• Pre-conceptual counseling and initial infertility evaluations

Dr. Casey lives in Middleton with her husband and two sons and enjoys sailing, circuit training, reading and spending time with her boys.
