Flu Season is coming!   Make sure to get vaccinated.

At Madison Women's Health, we want to make sure you are prepared for the upcoming winter weather, and the onslaught of influenza.  We encourage all of our patients to get your annual flu shot, and will have a limited supply of the flu vaccine available in our clinic.  Vaccines will be given from now until our supplies are gone.  Please call our clinic ahead of time, or ask to have your flu vaccine given as part of your regularly scheduled appointment.  If you have questions, please call us at (608) 729-6300.

Family Medicine services are available to MWH Patients

Do you have an urgent care type issue, such as sinus infection, yeast infection or other non-OB/GYN issue?  Perhaps a chronic issue, such as high blood pressure?  If you are a Madison Women's Health patient, our Family Medicine physician, Dr. Marilyn Chohaney is here to help you!  Dr. Chohaney is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays each week by appointment.  Please note:  Dr. Chohaney cannot serve as a "primary care physician", however if your plan requires you to choose one, you can select any of our OB/GYN physicians as your PCP and still have access to see Dr. Chohaney.  To schedule an appointment, please call our main number, (608) 729-6300.

Make Sure to Get Your Records Transferred

If you are new to Madison Women's Health (even if you've been long-time patients of our doctors), you still need to make sure that your medical records are transferred to our clinic.  Your medical records that are produced at any clinic remain the property of that clinic unless you authorize that they be released.  If you've made an appointment with our doctors, please make sure you send in a medical records release form to have your records transferred to us at least three weeks before your appointment.  This will allow enough time for us to get the records and prepare it for the doctors for your appointment.
