MyChart now available at MWH!

Madison Women’s Health and several other independent clinics in the Dane County area utilize Meriter’s Epic health information system to store our individual patient records. That makes us a “Community Connect Partner” with Meriter Hospital and provides our patients with a number of useful advantages, including:

- Information can easily be shared among the Community Connect partner clinics, as well as Meriter Hospital and its Meriter Medical Group clinics. This allows for easy coordination of care and relieves patients of the need to transfer records between these clinics.

- Because we utilize the Epic system, we have the ability to share information with other non-Meriter entities throughout the country who also utilize Epic, including UW Health, St. Mary’s Hospital, Group Health Cooperative and Dean Health System, to name a few.

- Madison Women’s Health patients now have the ability to access their health information via MyChart, as well as coordinate all of their health information at other clinics. Please click here to access the Meriter MyChart website and sign-up for access.

Make Sure to Get Your Records Transferred

If you are new to Madison Women's Health (even if you've been long-time patients of our doctors), you still need to make sure that your medical records are transferred to our clinic.  Your medical records that are produced at any clinic remain the property of that clinic unless you authorize that they be released.  If you've made an appointment with our doctors, please make sure you send in a medical records release form to have your records transferred to us at least three weeks before your appointment.  This will allow enough time for us to get the records and prepare it for the doctors for your appointment.
